Free Tips

The tips on our public pages are free to read, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid Tips

Paid tips are digital products that are delivered as soon as they are published. For that reason, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. Please make sure you understand what a plan includes before you pay.

Replacement Tips

We make one exception. If a tip you paid for cannot be played, we may provide a replacement tip instead of a refund. This can apply when:

• the match has been cancelled or abandoned before it started;
• the match has been postponed and has not started on the scheduled date;
• the match has not started when the tip was supposed to be settled.

A replacement is offered at our discretion and is a tip of a similar type, not a payment of money.

When We Do Not Replace

No tip is guaranteed to win, and any bet can lose. We do not replace or refund a tip because:

• the tip lost, or the result was not what you hoped for;
• you placed the bet after the odds changed or the market closed;
• you chose not to place the bet or placed a different bet;
• you did not read the plan description before buying.

How to Request a Replacement

If you believe a replacement applies, please contact us as soon as possible. Tell us the match, the date and the email used for the purchase, and we will review your request and reply.
